Tell me about yourself:
I’m originally from Ethiopia Well, I just finished my first year of college at SF state last week and came down here to seek for my first job. I’m an easy going person that works well with everyone. I enjoy being around different types of people and I always like to challenge myself to improve at everything I do. Ofcourse in my free time, I enjoy playing and watching sports and spend time with my family and friends.
Why should we hire you
Even though I don’t have any paid work experience, I’m highly motivated to work for this company because it relates to something I want to do in the future and will always give my 100%. and I think it will be a great experience for me.
What are your strengths?
My greatest strength has to be, I like to work ahead of time instead of doing it last minute. I put time and effort on everything I do. I m also a responsible person, and always accomplish my duties. I can also focus on a task for long period of time.
How will your greatest strength help you perform?
Well, working ahead of time always increases my productivity, not only I complete more tasks but I will also have free time to work on further achieving other goals.
Why did you apply for this job?
I’ll be honest with you, the first reason was, to get a summer job because like every other student I don’t want to stay home all day and the second and main reason is this job position relates to something I want to do in the future for living.
What are your weaknesses?
My greatest weakness has to be, I trust people too much you know its gotten me to many problamtic situations in the past. However as im getting older im starting to distinguish who I can trust and who I can not trust.
Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
In 5 years, I defiantly want to graduate college, gain experience, learn different aspect of business and eventually get a stable job

What are your biggest achievements so far?
Me getting to where I am today. Coming from a third world country to the states and adobting to these new culture, getting through middle school and high school and making it to college is by the the biggest achivements of my life so far
What motivates you?/how do you motivate others
I want to feel important in my job you know, do good job for y employer, to see a purpose in my job. I naturally motivates me to work hard and try to become better everyday.

First of all salary is not a deciding factor for me because the main reason I applied for this job is because liked the job description
