A leader’s past should always be considered and accounted for when delving into their success and achievements. Simply because leaders set the direction, build an inspiring vision, and improve and stabilize certain aspects of life. A leader’s past, whether it was troubled or plentiful, should always be taken into consideration because history is vital to a person’s indirect characterization, it gives us info about what a leader’s past decisions have accomplished or failed, and allows a leader’s people to discern a leader’s effectiveness and ability as a leader.
First off, the history or past of a person is, and always will be, an incredible tool for a surrounding people or community to have a general idea of how a certain person acts or behaves, as well as an idea about their decision-making. For example, if a mugger or thief was somehow elected CEO of a bank, most people are subject to believe that this past-thief would most likely just steal again, but from a newer, greater source. Knowing his background and past, people are able to decipher his good and bad traits, and from there they are able to decide whether or not they are fit to be a leader. Despite how awful their past was, it really only affects certain individuals whose willpower fails to lift themselves above the negativity in order spurt new, beneficial growth.

The past experiences of a leader are vital to the people, because it provides the public with an idea of how that leader acts and decides what’s best for his/her sovereignty. If a leader has had many errors of judgement, then it is expected that they will continue along their path of failure, and vice versa. A leader should not be judged based on events they had NO control over, they should strictly be judged on their reactions alone, and nothing more.
Finally, the background of a leader is vital to a leader’s success due partly because it depicts whether or not the leader is effective. If a leader had a troubled past, then their ability to
