Subject: Roanoke Branch Update In the last couple of months we have had a couple complaints from our clients and personnel. There have been a couple of our clients complaining about the quality of our work coming from the Roanoke branch. Also we have had a change of management and it has come to our attention that some of our employees do not like the new changes. Some of the graphic designers and copywriters are telling us that their work has being rejected or revised without their consultation. I believe that these complaints are from the changes that have been going on in the company and things have slid by. This matter is very serious and important to Roanoke. The clients that we server here at the Roanoke branch are vital to the overall success of Phoenix Advertising. This matter demands immediate attention and a solution so we can succeed. The executive team must contact the Roanoke branch employees to oversee the operations and help guide their team members to correct these issues. Remember that communication is a must. I want Judd Martin, the Marketing/Advertising Director, to talk with our graphic designers and the copywriters to evaluate the work that they have submitted and the revisions that the art director has made. Meanwhile I will have Kristen Smith, the Director of Account Planning, look over the new accounts that the branch has taken on recently and see how these new accounts will affect the current project load. I also want Sherrie Connevey, the Planning Director to come up with a plan that will help everyone to handle the new addition of these new accounts without having to work long hours. A report detailing your findings and recommendations and procedures need to be in my office no later than December 30, 2014. Once I have reviewed all the reports I will hold a meeting on January 5 with the executive officers to go over the findings from the reports and any new changes that need to done. I know if we work together as a team we can solve any issues and the Roanoke branch will continue to succeed and provide the
