the health and safety at work for all employees  Provide and maintain equipment and systems which are safe and not a risk to employees’ health in terms of use, handling, storage and transport of articles and substances
 Provide information, training and supervision relating to health and safety at work

Managers have a duty to

Ensure that all staff adhere to policies, procedures and instructions
Provide training for staff practices and work methods
Explain hazards and safe working practices to new employees before they start work
