RECEIVING GUIDELINES

In an effort to expedite the receipt of your shipment, Oxygen Development requires the following:

VENDORS
It is the vendor’s responsibility to send copy of the PL and COA (if applicable) via e-mail to warehouse@oxygendevelopment.com upon shipment. Failure to do this will delay the receiving of the shipment.

PACKING LIST REQUIREMENTS
For Packaging and supplies:
Customer name
All boxes must be labeled according to Oxygen Item code
Packaging item code (as listed on product Bill of Material)
Quantity of packaging per carton
Number of cartons
Skid count
PO#

For Raw materials:
Oxygen item #
Raw material description (as shown on PL)
Raw material lot # (as shown on C.O.A)
Quantity of each raw material (as shown on PL)
Copy of COA for each Raw Material

SHIPMENT REQUIREMENTS
All shipments must be palletized on 4-way skids 48”x40” (no compressed wood, cardboard pallets or broken pallets)
All pallets must be shrink-wrapped
All pallets must be available for pick up by pallet jack or forklift at the edge of the trailer
All packaging components must be packed in closed cartons
All cartons must be marked with the packaging item code and quantity per carton
Maximum pallet height 60” (5 Feet)

DELIVERY APPOINTMENTS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL SHIPMENTS
The delivery of any shipment of one pallet or more must be scheduled with our warehouse manager at least 24 hours prior to the shipment’s delivery. To schedule the
