MODEL AND TESTIMONIAL RELEASE

I hereby consent to and grant to, Rodale Inc. (hereinafter "Rodale"), its legal representatives, licensees and/or assigns, or anyone authorized by Rodale, the absolute right and privilege to use, re-use, publish and re-publish and copyright any and all film or digital photographs or pictures, taken of or provided by me, or in which I am included, in whole or in part, in composite or distorted in character or form, without restriction as to changes or alterations, and of any reproductions thereof in color or otherwise. I also consent to the use of my name or any fictitious name, biographical information, story and testimonial either alone or in connection with the aforesaid photographs. The rights granted herein shall extend in perpetuity, throughout the world and for any purpose whatsoever, including but not limited to, the sale, publication, display and exhibition thereof in editorial, promotion, advertising, trade or otherwise, and in any and all media now known or hereafter created, without compensation to me.
Pornographic, defamatory, libelous or otherwise unlawful use of the material is strictly prohibited whether directly or in context or juxtaposition with specific subject matter.
To the extent that this Release, or any language or provision herein, conflicts with any other release, or agreement related to the subject matter hereof, this Release shall prevail.
I agree that the photographs, negatives, testimonial and biographical information, thereof, shall constitute
Rodale's sole property, with full right
