The result shows that there are no significant different within the year of teaching experiences in the school is not valid. It shows that teacher experiences in teaching are not relevant to the influence of teacher leader in affecting school culture does not have validity. At the result, the researcher only does mention that there are established community norms in the school climate, which worthwhile, respectable relations and activities at the workplace base on percentage.
