ESTJ individuals are said to be people who enjoy working in groups, “go-getters”, have a variety of friends, enjoys making decisions and planning work to avoid rushing. The results for the Strong Inventory Test differed by the percentages of preference clarity and theme codes. The highest percentage for the preference clarity was E (extroversion) 24, J (judging) 22, S (sensing) 18, T (thinking) 13. The theme code scores were increasingly high for SAE, S (social) 58%, A (artistic) 53%, and E (enterprising) 47%. The theme code scores matched my personality almost perfectly. For example, I am a very social person as far as having many friends and working well in groups. When choosing a career I will consider my strengths, values and skills. Some strengths of mine include organization, stability, control and structure. I value cooperation, generosity, beauty, independence, imagination and competition. Listening, creativity, artistic expression and my ability to motivate others are some of my skills. A career of my choice must be based on organization, stability, cooperation and directing others in order to complete tasks. Ideally, a career of my choice would be dependant on originality. Some career choices I am considering are business administration, fashion merchandising and fashion marketing.
