Dealing with stress
Stress is a mentally or emotionally upsetting condition occurring in response to adverse external influences and it is capable of affecting physical health, usually characterized by increased heart rate, a rise in blood pressure, muscular tension, irritability, and depression.
The Stress Combat is the ability to maintain the control when situations, people and events make extreme demands. Improving the ability of patience, do not overloading the day, and managing the time.
First of all, to deal with stress it is necessary to have patience and this is something that can be acquired with willpower and some requirements. Some examples are: sleeping well at least 7 or 8 hours, thinking positive things while you are waiting for the service in the line at the bank, and doing some physical exercises on the weekends or on free time. These are a few things that can be done intending to reduce stress.
Furthermore, it is indispensable to know how to get out of a situation when it comes with a big responsibility or additional responsibilities. The limits of the personal and professional life are boundaries to the acceptance of new tasks, it is very important to know when to separate the things that may be done with things that must be done. For example: accepting more responsibilities at work or at school than you can have, certainly is a recipe for stress.
Another thing that it is very important to do is performing activities that gives pleasure, there are
possible that many factors mediate the effects of stress, for example personality, social support, age, gender, lifestyle, self-esteem and coping styles. All factors have studies done on them to back it up with evidence.
