SCHEDULE OF PRACTICAL TRAINING

2.0 Introduction

Chapter 2 consist of the summary of the trainee practical training. Basically, throughout
Five (5) of practical training, trainee had been assigned to various task such as meetings, administration, personnel, services, outdoor task and public relations.

2.1 First Week ( 27 July – 31 August)

During the first week, the most task that has been assigned to trainee is preparation of document follow by administration and the least is clerical work. Under preparation of document, the trainee has been assigned to update the register book of directors, secretaries and members for five companies. These companies are Pembinaan Kuala Ketil Sdn .Bhd, Harum Sinar Sdn.Bhd, Jasa Nusaraya Sdn. Bhd and Roti Benggali Sdn.Bhd. Despite from that, the trainer assigned the trainee to prepare company resignation letter, director circular resolution for change of secretary and register office, Form 24 which is notice of situation of register office and at noffice hours and particular changes …show more content…
Bhd. Next, trainee prepared director circular resolution and extract director resolution for resignation and appointment of director and prepared director resignation letter. This is for company of Skypendant Sdn. Bhd. Lastly, trainee prepared director circular resolution and extract director circular resolution for acceptance internet banking facility for Chemsle Sdn. Bhd. For the clerical work, the trainer gave a task to trainee to send document form PERKESO to eleven companies. These companies are Pembinaan Kuala Ketil Sdn. Bhd, KMG IT Consultant Sdn. Bhd, Utama Motor Sdn. Bhd, CH Resort Sdn. Bhd, Jasa Nusaraya Sdn. Bhd, World of Perfumes Sdn. Bhd, AAP Bentong Sdn. Bhd, SMS Group Sdn. Bhd, Laksana Aktif Sdn. Bhd, Gemilang Syukur Sdn. Bhd, Ann & Raj Sweets Sdn.
