The main purpose of this work is to perform a comparative analysis of the effects of the three queuing mechanisms (FIFO, PQ and WFQ) on the transmission of video traffic over DiffServ aware MPLS networks with Traffic Engineering. As indicated in the title, this chapter presents the research methodology of this project. In more detail, it outlines the research strategy, research method, research approach, data collection method and tools, research process, and statistical treatment that will be used for accurate data analysis and interpretation.
3.2 Introduction A research methodology is the study and theoretical analysis of the methods employed during the process of doing research. It encompasses sets of practices, procedures and rules used Research done via this approach is typically utilized to pick up an understanding of underlying reasons, opinions, and motivations. It gives insights into the issue at hand or creates thoughts or theories for potential Quantitative research. Qualitative research is also used to reveal trends in thoughts and opinions and dive further into the issue. Qualitative data gathering strategies vary using unstructured or semi structured techniques. Some common strategies incorporate focus groups, individual interviews, and participation/observations. The sample size is normally small, and respondents are chosen satisfy and given quota [30].
3.2.3 Mixed Research Method A mixed research method is a research method that combines elements of qualitative and quantitative research methods. This approach is typically used when integrating both methods provides a better understanding of the problem than when each method is used alone. Mixed methods may be used to validate finding using qualitative and quantitative data sources, explore quantitative findings using qualitative data, develop survey instruments etc. [31]. Mixed method data may be collected via scholarly articles, surveys, research questionnaires, peer reviewed journals, and more.
3.3 Research Methods used in this A literature survey is a process of going through relevant information sources such as scholarly articles to gather current knowledge including important findings and theoretical backgrounds about particular topic. Literature surveys are secondary sources and therefore do not report any new information. This method was chosen to meet the first objective of this work (RO1), which was to perform an in depth study of the key concepts, architectural components and challenges of DiffServ aware MPLS-TE

children to school and which option will be most beneficial to the student. Some parents choose to home school their children while others choose to send them to public or private schools. This research will focus on the home schooled students and whether or not they can be successful in college. This research project will focus on this question “Do home schooled students have a higher or lower chance of being successful than students who attended private schools and public schools?” We will use…

job performance and sometimes bring about promotion of individual career management behaviours, which may then influence individual’s decision of job changing. So, Sangita’s research intends to find out whether or not organisational career management policies can help reduce career-related employee turnover. Her initial research question can be broken down into four specific questions: (1) what’s the content and nature of career management policies in XX organisation? (2) How these policies are related…
rendered very little in terms of having higher student achievement. Also, an interesting point in this research is that it seems that the effects of transformational leadership when employed by a female principal do not result in the same effect as it does for male principals. A leadership style that could be gender specific seems to be flawed. Conclusions and Recommendations for Further Research In conclusion, all three articles had specific identifiers that allowed for a complete examination…
