Dear Don:

Thank you for your continued consideration of retaining Skanska for your CM/GC service needs, we are extremely excited about this project, and more importantly, the opportunity to work with such an exceptional organization.

We are in receipt of your letter dated 5/31/07 regarding additional clarification on our Fees and General Condition inclusions, we would like to address the items in the order discussed in your letter:

Preconstruction:
The Preconstruction fee included in our original cost proposal dated May 24th, 2007 represents our fee for completing all the Preconstruction scope clearly defined in your letter. As part of our RFP and interview preparation we have started the budgeting, VE, scheduling, and LEED analysis processes, we are poised and ready to continue these efforts immediately if selected.

General Conditions – Schedule:
We have reviewed your project in detail, and are 100% committed to completing the project within the 12 Month Construction duration indicated in the RFP documents. The Preliminary schedule contained in our interview documents indicates the required sequence and activity durations required to make this commitment.

Please note that many of these items are estimated values based on assumption and can be further refined through discussion with BMP&R. For instance, Skanska can offer a substantial Bond savings through our Skanska Corporate Performance Guarantee, our licensed self bonding program.
