Revenge doesn’t lead to piece; if you were to be pushed into a fire, would you pull the person in with you or get out yourself? Those who feel truly satisfied are those who release their anger, who turn their cheek. I can recall moments from my childhood where I had been picked on or bullied in some way. What the attacker wants is for a response, something to show the impact that he is having. I learned that the best response to these situations was to ignore them or pretend you don’t care.
