One of the key factors in handling management is ensuring that the employees feel like a part of the organization. Through owning their role when integrated with the organization’s missions and visions, employees tend to perform more efficiently. Personal views remain personal regardless of the conflicts at hand hence they should never be a platform for determining a difference between a good employee and a bad employee. This means that unless critical thinking is embraced and adopted as a corporate culture then there are chances of getting into many more conflicts due to personal differences instead of work differences. In other words, critical thinking should be applicable in all circumstances regardless of personal opinions.
