Management failure to communicate with employees For any organization to succeed there should be good communication exchange between the employees and the management. The managers should be part of daily business in the restaurants and should have daily interaction with the workers in knowing the business happening in the restaurant. In Ruchi restaurant the manager failed to disseminate the information to the workers on daily basis which led to confusion among the workers about the job process.
Lack of good customer service: In Ruchi the customers had to wait for long time in queues for their order to get done. Lack of dedication among the workers to serve customers is the reason for this delay in customer service. I want to solve this problem using the leadership concepts that I learned in school of technology.
Problem 1: Lack of good communication between the management and the employees The prime reason for lack of good understanding between the management and employees is lack of good communication skills within the managers. Communication plays a major role in the total quality culture because it helps the mangers to convey the message what kind of quality work they are expecting from the workers to do within the organization. Without good communication skills it's impossible for any organization to maintain quality in its products because they are lots of things interlinked with good communication skills such as customer focus(both internal and external), total employee involvement in organization, employee empowerment, teamwork, and conflict resolutions. For a manger to handle all these things he/she should have good communication skills in connecting with the workers and as well as customers. Some of the ways that can promote better communication exchange within an organization are as follows:
Creating climate of openness within an organization: Internal communication exchange within an organization can be fostered by creating a climate of openness that encourages everyone to speak openly to everyone without any hidden secrets. Creating a climate of openness within an organization promotes free information flow in all directions and also trust as there is nothing to hide between any of them. In order to create this climate of openness the management should follow certain rules which are as follows:
Treat everyone in the organization with equal respect regardless the position of the job. Should have to respect others opinions, thoughts and quickly respond to the suggestions provided by the employees. The management should be willing to accept the differences in opinion with a positive mind without hurting the feelings of the employees.
The organization needs to embrace different cultures, religions, race ethnicity in order to promote open communication.
Make sure information flows in all directions. The organization should ensure that people learn immediately about things that interest or affect them, and should set up systems to make sure that happens, as well as mechanisms to make sure that less timely information gets passed around.

Establish the clear standards for communication exchange An organization has to establish clear standards in defining how the communication should be exchanged between the employees in an organization. Establishing these standards helps the workers understand what needs to be communicated and by whom. For example the standards can be like this:
Any information that is necessarily important to others in finishing their job should be immediately shared with them.
Problems between the staff members should be immediately
