Introduction A person’s physical state, mental state and social well-being defines health. According to World health Organization (WHO), “A resource for everyday life, not the objective of living. Health is a positive concept emphasizing social and personal resources, as well as physical capacities"(WHO, 2014). Health care policies are defined and implied by government for the betterment of general health of the public. This paper heavily distributed between personal views, religious implications and beliefs; moreover, writers view point on health policy.

Health care in United States is provided by different organizations. Private sector businesses owns most of the health care facilities. 80% of hospitals are Nonprofit, 20% are government owned, and 18% are for profit. America has two main public health insurance programs: Medicare for the old and Medicaid for the poor. As for the poor, another part of the Obamacare reforms will entitle millions of low-income families to join Medicaid for the first time. I believe that Obamacare will provide insurance to the millions of uninsured, thus reducing the mortality and morbidity rates.
Hospitalizations and readmission account for nearly one-third of the total $2 trillion spent on health care in the United States. Hospitalization and readmissions are costly, potentially harmful and often unavoidable. One of the major concerns are turn-around time for doctor visits and long wait time for patients to see the doctor. ACA has joined the U. S. based markets, but coving only legal immigrants. Health care shouldn’t discriminate against any objects. All Americans should have the basic healthcare coverage, it’s a moral obligation, and it should be universal.
