This company focuses first and foremost on giving their clients an advantage, not only do they help manage their businesses, Infosys allows them to focus on their core business priorities. Infosys provides these companies with strategic insights on the future so that they can help them transform and thrive in the rapidly changing world of innovation, through strategic consulting and the breakthrough solutions like mobility, sustainability and cloud-computing. Infosys’s former CEO, S.D. Shibulau, talks about the ethical corporate governance of Infosys, he discusses the major ethical points that outline the company’s success in the global market. Corporate governance is about maximizing shareholder value both legally and ethically. The goal of corporate governance at Infosys is to ensure fairness for every stakeholder that operates within the company. Infosys believes that comprehensive corporate governance is critical in enhancing and retaining investor trust, they always seek to ensure that their performance is driven by integrity. They share their wealth with their employees and have created an employee stock option plan, which is an opportunities for employees to get stock in the company.
