Facilitator Availability
Please feel free to contact me when you have a question. I am generally available through text, email or by phone. Like most of you, I have a crazy and hectic life. I work at my primary job during the day from 8:00-6:00 and do my best to manage a family and teach this course. To help manage a busy life, I make sure that I am always available by phone, email or text. I also use the App provided by the school to manage the class. I encourage you to use it as well if you have a smartphone. It is a wonderful tool!

I will answer phone calls, emails and text messages as quickly as possible. If I don’t get back to you within a few minutes, I am probably in a meeting or a situation that prohibits me from immediately addressing your concern. If you have an urgent matter, I recommend that you send a text or email. I can check these during meetings and other situations that arise throughout the day.

I will be online at various times throughout the day (around my lunchtime at work and again in the evenings). I check my email frequently and will respond to you within 24 hours, but typically much sooner.

I am available from 6:00 p.m-9:00 p.m PST during most weekdays and from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Saturday; however I attempt to reserve Sunday for my family.

If these times are not convenient for you, please let me know. I will be happy to accommodate your schedule, when possible. I am providing you with these times to make it easier to communicate with me, and not limit our contact. I want you to know that, should you need to contact me outside these times, you should not hesitate to do so.
