Leadership
!

Leadership is important because it not only keeps order and sanity but it gives people a light to follow. It gives people a place to look up to to protect and lead them. They keep the civilized world civilized and peaceful.
A leader provides a person or model for people to look to for guidance, with out a leader a society could not survive. But with a good leader, he could lead the society to greatness and prosperity. If the leader was unfit to lead, the people have a obligation to remove that person from power and replace him with a better leader before he causes to much damage to the country/society. A leader needs to have some of the following characteristics for him to be fit to lead; confidence, honesty, open minded, and kind. Confidence is important because they need to confident in themselves and their abilities and decisions. They can not lie about there polices and actions. They need to be open minded to new suggestions and advice to make sure they are making the right decision.
I have had to assume a position of leadership in my life. It was in boy scouts and i had to be in charge of a patrol, which is a sub divide group of boys inside the troop its self. There were parts i enjoyed by having this position but their were also some difficulties I had to deal with. The parts i enjoyed were that I control how things were run in the troop. I could make sure things got done the way I thought was best for the patrol. Some of the difficulties I was
