In this statement “ensuring motivation” is worried with employee satisfaction, that is why the satisfaction of employee takes an importance in this context employees are more productive when they are satisfied (hunter&Tietyen,1997).these satisfied employees affect the customer satisfaction and association productivity. Therefore, administrations should try to supply the employee expectations in order to tactic the employee satisfaction. In addition emotional state of employees may also affect their satisfaction. This forces the managers to create and sustain the anticipated working atmospheres in organizations. On the other hand as stated by Organ and Ryan(1995) employee satisfaction is the basics of organizational social responsibility behavior. So well satisfied employees will work more enthusiastically and this contributes to the effectiveness of their society. There is no limit for the employees to reach their satisfaction and it may be vary from employee to employee. Some time they need to be change their performances’ in order to implement their obligations more effectively to gain greater In addition many facilities are provided by these castings. Product Characterization Nearly 13 million tons of castings are produced by U.S. every year.Not only U.S, many countries are in race to produce castings. Most of these castings are produced from recycled metals, There are thousands of cast metal products, many of this are incorporated into other products. All most 80 percent of products contain more metal casting products. Estimation of this products on average, every home is using tons of metal castings as electrical ,pipe fitters, plumbing fixtures ,hardware and air conditioner parts. Automobiles and other transportations are using nearly 60-70 percent of all castings produced. for example engine blocks, steering gears, cylinder heads camshafts and crankshafts brake drums or calipers, transmission housings and differential castings, Ushaped joints, suspension parts flywheels. engine mount blockers, steering knuckles, ships, propellers, hydraulic valves, locomotive undercarriages and rail road car wheels.
