Tina and Dan have a few options to consider for contraception before while waiting on having a baby. The first contraception method I would advise them to consider would be an oral contraceptive, commonly known as the pill. The pill may be the best options for this couple because I do not think Tina or Dan have to worry about sexually transmitted diseases. They are in a committed marriage and I am assuming they are faithful. If the pill is taken correctly the pill has a 100% success rate. If Tina and Dan have a timeline of when they want to start trying for children, the pill will be out of her system within 3 months of non-usage.
