Section One:
Mission statement * To inspire and motive the youth of our nation into become productive and responsible adults. I plan to do this by making sure they contribute to their intellectual, academic, and cultural

Section Three:
Integrating Instructional Technology Technology has become a great part of the education system. I can only imagine how hard it has become to incorporate all of the aspects of an education. With all the technological devices and programs that are available, it can be very stressful and hard to do. There are many concerns that have to be thought of as well there are many benefits. Some of the benefits of using technology enhanced assessments or TEA are that it: According to University of Reading website, * “Improves authenticity and alignment with learning outcomes * Helps to clarify marking criteria * Spreads the assessment load for staff and students * Improves student engagement and promotes deeper learning * Increased flexibility as students can access online assessments at any time and at any place where a connection is available, even on their mobile phones. This provides additional flexibility for learning and allows students to access assessments at a time that best suits their individual learning approaches and needs; * Readily available statistics on student performance, which can also enable courses to be more easily reviewed. As well some of the cons are: * Finances and staff time * Accessibility issues * Large-scale introduction
