Competitors have various factors that influence marketing, which are price, product quality, customer service, promotion and marketing strategies. The price and quality has directly influence in brand’s attractiveness, for example, when high-quality products decrease their price, customers will be more attractive compare to the cheap low-quality products (Sivakumar, K & Raj, S,1997). In order to be successful, a company need to analyses competitors marketing max, sales volumes, sales trends, market share ,employment trends and productivity. The first step of a business is to understand the importance of customers. A company must provide a greater customer service in order to developed profitable relationships between customers, but this is not enough. To increase competitive advantage, a company must offer a better customer value and satisfaction than competitors. Therefore, identifying competitor becomes important, knowing competitor’s strengths and weaknesses will lead a company to develop competitive marketing strategies that finding the possible competitive advantage and disadvantage.
However, there are few relationships between competitors that influence marketing max, coexistence, cooperation and competition.(Bengtsson &Kock, 1999).
