1. Briefly describe the misunderstanding, including the setting and the people involved.
I work at nursing home where we are always short of staff and when we short of staff it always a misunderstanding about how many residents do each employee has we usually only have ten resident but this specific night it was different the misunderstanding came about because it was three certified nursing assistant to 60 residents and we had baths. So my co-worker Monica decided that she was only going to her originally 10 people which gave me and my other co-worker Tanya five more resident a piece. Basically that started a big argument which was not needed around the residents or at place of employment.
