People have different ideas and opinions on how to negotiate; changes can affect people’s ideas and opinions on places. This happened in a small town called Radiator Springs. The people of Radiator Springs are very different from the people that associate with the Piston Cup Series. They interact differently and negotiate different. The people of Radiator Springs are more polite than the people associating with the Piston Cup. The racers of the Piston Cup are more competitive and the racers and pit crew like to talk bad about other racers. The people of Radiator Springs are calm and like to negotiate instead of arguing and fighting. The racers want everything their way, but the people of Radiator Springs make a decision that everybody likes. There is a big difference between Radiator Springs and the racers of the Piston Cup.

Ever since the highway was built, there has been a huge impact on Radiator Springs. When the highway was not yet built, the town had a lot of people come and visit this town.
