Describe the different parts of the human brain

Meninges = protective membranes that surround the brain and spinal cord
Cerebrospinal Fluid = cushioning fluid that circulates between the innermost and miate membranes of the brain and spinal cord; provides a connection between neurei and endocrine system.
Forebrain = anterior part of the brain
Cerebrum = largest, most highly developed part of the brain; stores sensory info and initiates voluntary motor activities
Cerebral Cortex = outer lining of the cerebral hemisphere
Corpus Callosum = nerve tract that joins the 2 cerebral core hemispheres
Thalamus = either of 3 large, ovoid structures of grey matter within the forebrain that relay sensory impulses to the cerebral cortex
Cerebekkum = part of the hindbrain that controls limb movements, and muscle tone
