"Should The Drinking Age Be Lowered From 21 To A Younger Age"

Drinking is a tradition in nearly every country. Across Europe, Latin America, South America, Africa, and Asia the drinking age is typically between sixteen to eighteen years old. In United States of America, lowering the minimum legal drinking age(MLDA) from 21 has not stopped teen drinking, and has instead pushed teenagers to drink in private and less-controlled environments leading to more health and life unecessary behavior by teens.

Allowing 18-20 years old to drink alcohol in regulated environments with supervisions such as bars, restaurants, and other private establishments would decrease unsafe drinking activity. Because teenagers who are unable to drink in regulated environments with supervision causes them to drink in unsupervised areas such as house parties or fraternity houses where they can be more prone to drinking and do other unecessary behaviors like smoking weed, sniffing cocaine, extreme use of other drugs, sex and more.

In Taylor's article "Brooklyn bar raises drinking age to 25" Phil's crummy corner a bar in Brooklyn, instated that, no under 25 will be served alcohol after 10:00 p.m on the weekends. Because young people are being too loud and disturbing. Which caused intense complaints from the locals who lives nearby and 22 311 calls.

It is understandable that some bars, restaurants, and other licensed establishments should not alallo 24 & younger to drink after 10:00 p.m on the weekends.
