Adoption is a supportable alternative to abortion and accomplishes the same result. And with 1.5 million American families wanting to adopt a child, there is no such thing as an unwanted child. At the very first minute of conception a baby is alive; why would someone want to kill an innocent child? By getting an abortion serious risks can occur, the baby cannot make the decision of being conceived, it’s unfair for a baby not to get a chance to live. Everyone should get a chance to live. Even though a child is first conceived it does not have a pulse or heartbeat it is still a living thing. Abortion destroys a life that has developed senesce, brain and heart. Everyone should have a chance to be born, and be able to live a life. There are too many people that take advantage of life by commenting suicide, life is precious everyone deserves a chance. Not everyone thinks that it’s okay to have an abortion because they think that the fetus or baby do not have any feeling; but unborn babies between twenty and thirty weeks development may actually feel pain more intensely than adults. Women under the age of 25 are 52% of the women who get abortions. This is because of social reasons, such as the child is unwanted or inconvenient.

Studies show that the risk of an ectopic or tubal, pregnancy is 30% higher for women who have had one abortion and up to four times higher for women with two or more abortions. At 5% of all women suffer from Pelvic Inflammatory Disease following an induced or surgical abortion. This can lead to fever and not being able to get pregnant again. Women can risk having Abruption Placenta, which is where the sac holding the baby tears away from the uterine lining; this
