NOTE: This is an individual assignment. You should develop your paper individually. No sharing of drafts with anyone; no discussion about how to write the paper. Report to me if anyone talks to you about how to do it.

In this maximum two-page paper, you will be summarizing the article we read today as if your CEO said to you, “Please find the 2005 Harvard Business Review article, Turning Great Strategies into Great Performance, and prepare a 2-page summary of the article including a paragraph at the end where you select two of the most important rules that we should use better to improve our company’s business performance.” Assume that your company is what you are doing in Capsim in the practice rounds; use that company name.

1) Heading with your name and the article’s name at the top of first page, not as a separate cover page
