To whom it may concern:

I am emailing you because of the issues I have been having with both lines, I am well within the Wind Network however my phones keep displaying Wind away and unable to use the phones in many local places including my home. I have complained many times and the issues still persists. It is imperative that my phone work as I depend on it for work and home. I recently was in an accident, and I was stranded with no cell availability. This is extremely frustrating.
I spoke to Brittany Case No C11581754 and she has documented everything, she suggested that I email Wind for a resolution to my problem. You may want to take a look at my past complaints, case no’s etc.
I am very disappointed with this service; I left Bell Mobility for your service on the basis of your salespersons pitch on your company and reliability of your network.
At one point they reassured me that by changing my numbers this would no longer happen. This was a big inconvenience to me as I had to get new business cards made with new cell number and contacting everyone with my new cell number.
This evening I got a call from your tech support, he offered me a credit of $20 for the fees incurred due to Wind away, while speaking to him the call dropped and he did not call back.
