Apparently women only earn seventy-seven cents for every dollar a man makes. Women earn less than men in 20 out of 25 occupational fields and are treated as someone lower than a men. Men are more likely to get accepted into a high-leveled college and advance in fields of technology.
2) Time Magazine is sponsored by CNN and has attracted millions of readers. They produce a non-bias yet informational view on worldly issues; one being women’s underpaid hours. Time also is passed out at many schools as an educational magazine to update young adults on world problems.
3) The author does not have a biased opinion but rather informative statistics. Author Fitzpatrick did a lot of research to come to the conclusion that women are oppressed in the work fields. The website does not have any biased pieces unless it is an opinion-based survey or statistics.
4) This source is reliable for the economic and business portion of how women are mistreated in the work force. I can use this source as a significant piece of evidence that times are no different now than before the Suffrage movement. I can place the date of when these statistics were taken and compare them to the women from the 1900s and conclude that America still has not been a fully equal-opportunities country.

For example, women face depression, obesity, and the fact they need to “beat the odds”. This causes immense breakdowns and most women fear society’s expectations because they do not believe they can meet expectations. These are real-life instances of women who have had personal stories of either getting beaten by superior men or face daily struggles to become an independent woman.
2) This source is mainly reliable because the authors have formerly published a book known as “Tears to Triumph” and are doing research in dealing with oppressed women. This site is on a blog that anyone can leave a comment but the authors must come from a journalist-based background. The company started in 2005 once they realized that people needed a voice.
3) The author is bias towards relieving women from discrimination because they have witnessed first-on attacks to women on a daily basis. These people are eager to see people’s lives change once the word is spread and something is done to protect these ladies. Although the author is biased, it gives relatively accurate facts about today’s society in a woman’s eyes which is very beneficial for my argument.
4) I am going to use this source to give an emotional appeal and the social aspects of women across the nation. The personal experiences expressed can convey that, indeed, women are still being oppressed. This article can improve my argument that although women have gained many new rights, they still face several circumstances in which they are discriminated against.
