A person who works in construction could be a machine operator, job supervisor, project planner, safety supervisor, materials manager, contractor, or have a number of other duties. Daly’s Construction is a new company entering the market mainly in the Chicagoland area as well as the Midwest region surrounding Chicago.
Daly construction is a company full of experienced professionals that have extensive backgrounds in transportation as well as other heavy-civil projects. With an approved loan, we hope to start bidding large projects as a general contractor with the ability to self-perform concrete paving. We are currently tracking and looking at projects, but need the capital to fully staff the company and acquire the necessary assets, which will give us a competitive advantage in the market place. With the talented individuals the firm has recruited, we hope to enter the market place forcefully, taking the some of the market share away from competitors without them expecting it. A solid first year will give us the foundation we need to become a stable contractor with steady growth. The loan will be in the amount of $10,000,000. This is money will be used to cover the initial company overhead until a project is awarded to the firm, as well as buy equipment, and provide front ends costs of multiple construction projects at one time. We believe that there are lots of competitors doing smaller jobs than usual or working out of the region which makes this a prime opportunity to hit the ground running and to be competitive, and customers are going to be a huge part of our success; the customer makes up a big part on the operations of a company it is from them where most of the capital needed by our company is from. Therefore a customer can have certain objectives when investing in a company, these could include: good value for money invested, reasonable price, guaranteed satisfaction, and unmatched services.
