Growing up is a long and hard process we must all go through in life. Everyone grows and matures mentally and physically at their own individual rates and although the line between being a child and being an adult is rather indistinct, there are certain qualities and attitudes that all mature adults possess. Attaining these qualities and ideals can only be done through life experiences and understanding following steps. The first step is ''Self Examination''. Self examination is important at any stage of life. Self examination is an important part of being committed to lifelong learning, the understanding that you will never complete your learning journey and grab every opportunity to learn new skills. As many and diverse as we human beings may be once our existential needs are satisfied we all strive for the same thing, We want to feel happy and satisfied the whole time and to be able to live our lives without fear and worries. This search for harmony and inner peace, for self fulfillment, for calmness, or however we may wish to describe this condition, is indisputably the top goal in the case of virtually all models of human needs.
