Would you allow this to happen to your dignity and self if you were stilla round? Clonings ethical and moral standpoints have been a topic of discussion for a very long time. Ever since the first successful cloning of two sheep in 1995 many have debated over this hot topic. The next step progressed to cloning other animals such as pigs cats and even our closest relatives the monkeys and apes. These scientific achievements were completed by copying an animal's DNA and genes to duplicate this animal and create an identical replica. The problem with that is that overpopulation could be a very dangerous and have many longterm effects that will result in many more deaths due to starvation and disease. Another thing people may debate about is that we could use clones healthy organs and body parts to save humans that are sick and need replacement of organs or other body parts. Not only would this be taking the life of innocent humans that we brought into this world we would be violating the important code that we believe in that says that one life is not more important than the other life. Even with some positive effects of cloning the cons surpass those positive effects greatly. The ethical and moral boundaries that we have instilled would completely be against cloning and anything that would have to do with picking someone's life over the others, creating a society that would have priority over others and create a population in which many will die because no one will die and food will become scarce.
