Without Blood

The heart plays a major role in our lives everyday

2 atria and ventricles, and valves and lungs all the way!

Our blood brings all our oxygen from our toes to our head

The heart pumps it to the body, so we won’t end up dead!

And without blood, arteries wouldn’t carry blood away from the heart
Without blood, veins can’t carry poor blood back to the start
And darlin’ don’t eat too much bacon cause you never want to be without blood
And it will clog your arteries
The atria first receive the blood from the veins poor blood on the right side and on the left its rich and plain
They go through valves that keep them flowing towards the vents
Then to the lungs, and back to the heart, and out of the aorta.
Without blood arteries wouldn’t carry blood away from the heart
Without blood, veins wouldn’t carry poor back to the start
Mrs. Dizzie don’t forget the capillaries cause they’re important
And without them we would never have seen you.
Once the blood reaches the lungs they get oxygen
Rich blood moves on through the mitral and aortic valves like an engine
Next the blood goes out through the aorta and did you know
That that’s the biggest artery in the whole system
AND THE BLOOD IS PUMPED ON
And with our blood, our body cells can get nutrients
