MISSION STATEMENT
Trendz Fashion Clothing line mission is to establish an avenue for friendly customer service and provide our client with best quality of cloth collections at affordable prices in Canada.
BUSINESS GOALS
Increasing our customer base: The Company will work towards increasing its customer base so that our sales of product can be boosted and more profits can be made and maximized.
Improving our customer services: The Company will work towards improving customer services so that customers can refer us to other people thereby leading to expansion in our customer base and increase in our business chain.
Increasing our marketing effectiveness: The company will work towards improving its marketing strategies and incorporate social media means to bring awareness of its product to the populace because that is what will make the brand name an household name in the country.
Improvement in sales and delivery: The Company will continuously work towards improving its sales rate and ensure continual improvement in delivery of products which include punctuality and meeting up with deadline to customers.
SWOT ANALYSIS
STRENGTH
Relationship selling: Trendz clothing line establish relationship with each customers one by one with everyone being treated with utmost respect
High level of awareness: our company will put every effort to make sure we are fully of everything going on in the company including customers’ feedback, reactions so as to be able to satisfy each customer well.
Location: our company is located on the longest street in Canada which is connected to various streets and accessible to a large populace. Therefore our business have a chance of having many customers.
Quality Assurance &Quality Control: There is a quality control team to ensure the products are of good quality and Quality assurance is a priority to the company so the customers are guaranteed of purchasing quality products.
WEAKNESS
Brand power: Our brand is just developing unlike our other competitors so it will take a while before our brand become an household and make the people have a reason to patronize us.
Pressure: since our business is just starting, we are under pressure to outdo previous clothing line and make sure there is no iota of error being made.
OPPORTUNITIES
Improved rendered Services: Avenue for us to improve services rendered to our customers has been made available so if there is any complains or customers are not really satisfied with our services. Improvement can easily be made.
Increased Distribution Network: the company will continuous to work towards improving our products ordered are being delivered to our customers.
THREAT
Price orientation: Consumers may think because the price of our product is lower than that of our other competitors, our product are substandard or are of lower quality.
Changing customer base: if we decide to change our customer base. We will lose so many of them and have to work to generate new set of customers which is going to pose a threat to our mode of operations.
