The attached Excel file contains two sets of data, randomly sampled from two different populations. There are two different activities to perform.
Data set 1: 100 samples, each containing 36 observations. In other words, the sample size is 36. We repeated the sampling process 100 times. The original population is exponentially distributed.
Data set 2: 100 samples, each containing 49 observations. In other words, the sample size is 49. We repeated the sampling process 100 times. The original population is normally distributed.

Activity 1 – verifying the concept of sampling distribution and the Central Limit Theorem.
For each set of data graphically verify the central limit theorem. You must read the section regarding CLT very well and comprehend it in order to do it. Make your analysis under the graph. Make sure your graph is accurate and presented well.

For each of the two populations, estimate the mean with 97% confidence. Use the very first sample. Explain what the meaning of “confidence” is. Show all your calculation and analysis in a Word file.
