P2 describe the different stakeholders who influence the purpose of two contrasting businesses
In this task I am going to be writing a business report regarding Carlsberg and Capital Foods showing the different types of stakeholders, which include within the two organisations. It will show how the stakeholders influence within the two businesses, and how they set their own objectives towards the companies.
CARLSBERG
Customers Customers are the people who buy the products and sell them, or use them. Carlsberg have a large number of customers across the country. They target certain people such as adults, and tourists because they are over 18, and they are the people who drink their products such as the beer, and spirits. They reach…show more content… Employees The employees of Carlsberg are motivated to work with them; we know this because they set objectives in getting rewards, as they feel more important towards the business. They also want some security, because the companies may be located in random areas where it’s dangerous. They mainly want their money as well as security. The staff will have interest in the business by being motivated to work, so that they have a pay rise. This will only be done if the company see a good output being produced by the workers.
Suppliers The suppliers want to feel more valued in the company, by providing raw materials to the company. They set specific aims for getting their payments in time, and making sure they keep on getting orders from the company. The suppliers will want some interest in having the company to survive in case they get bankrupt, because then the company wont be able to afford the raw materials the suppliers provide.
Owners/Shareholders The shareholders of the company are the most important stakeholders, because they have set up the business to run smoothly, so they set aims and objectives such as having an increase in the profit, and to expand the business. They have an interest because Carlsberg is a multinational company, so they know they will get the value of their investment, by getting a fair share of dividends.
