A copy of your BHS Riding and Road Safety Certificate should accompany this form. You can make a booking for your Stage
2 examination before passing your BHS Riding and Road Safety Test (see above) but your certificate must be presented to the Chief Assessor before the start of the examination, otherwise you will not be permitted to take the Riding Section of the Examination. Rules of the 4 week "closed period" (see booking conditions below) apply should your Riding and Road Safety Test be cancelled, postponed or you fail. Please do not send certificates to the Education

EXAM BOOKINGS - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

DRESS: A properly well-fitted hat to current BSI or Euro standard must be worn. It is strongly recommended that hats should have shock absorbing material down to the lower rim. Body Protectors are mandatory in some examinations. Candidates are strongly advised to read the 'Guidelines on Dress for Examinations' (available from the Education Department).
