The source of all these symptoms is the lack of sleep. Most people do not get enough sleep. Studies show that people at different ages require a different amount of sleep each night. Teenagers need about 9 hours of sleep a night, adults between 7-8 hours. But most people in their particular age group do not get the required sleep necessary for them to accessed in daily activities.
