Human Relations Questions

1.As a future leader, what three (3) laws of leadership do you feel are the most important for your professional development as a leader and state why? The 3 laws of leadership that I feel are most important are the law of magnetism, the law of the inner circle and the law of sacrifice. I feel that who you attract says a lot about the type of leader you are and how far you may go with a company.You always want to make sure that you are attracting the right type of people who will help you attain what you want. If you want to attract better people then you need to become the type of person you wish to attract. The second one was the law of the inner circle and I believe that it is important because no leader can succeed alone. It is very important who you let into your inner circle to bring positive skills and traits to the table to help make the team stronger and succeed. And the last one is the law of sacrifice which to me is important because without being able to risk what you have you may never move up or be able to take advantage of certain opportunities. Leaders are often asked to sacrifice more then other people to do what is best for the team . I think all of these laws are very important to help develop better leaders. 2.What action(s)steps will you take to develop yourself in each of those three(3) areas to be effective? Explain each step you will take to improve yourself.
The first thing I'm going to do is my best to attract those that can impact my life in a positive way. I don't want to associate myself with people who do not represent my vision and that will cause me to be perceived in a negative light. Next, I will only let those with potential in my inner circle.
