Current repair list as of 22 July 2014

Dishwasher- door decaying, leaks, does not wash (previous tenants SHOWED AND TOLD the Land Lord about this issue as well
-Tenant willing to replace at lowest cost

Roof- (Main concern being the living room as the leaks are damaging Tenants belongings) - Water damage in Front Living Room, Bath Room and Master Bedroom

WOOD FLOORS THROUGH OUT HOME- There are places where the floor does not meet the wall correctly and its causing infestation in the home/Tact strips have caused injury/LAND LORD TOLD TENANT SHE WOULD HAVE FLOORS CARPETED OR HARDWOOD RENDERED BEFORE
TENANT MOVED IN ON 19 MAY)
-Tenant willing to have tact strips removed, floors sanded and finished as well as serviced.

Toilet lid (Has been broken since the first walk through that PREVIOUS TENANT conducted)- Safety concern (Roto Rooter hesitant to work on toilet because of the nature of the lid. Makes Tenant remove it.)

Bathroom floor- Warping more and more every day
-Tenant willing to find (again) contractor and have floors repaired or replaced

Missing electrical outlet covers
-Tenant willing to replace

Cosmetic damage done to walls by previous Tenant. LAND LORD TOLD TENANT WALLS WOULD BE FIXED BEFORE MOVE IN. Land Lord gives
Tenant permission to paint and decorate, verbally, during walk through the day the lease was signed. Tenant cannot paint over broken dry wall.
-Tenant willing to find (again) a general contractor to fix ALL
