Siding:

Vinyl, brick, damage to the siding noted on garage side wall and loose siding noted on front of home above dining room window and on right side by gas meter and on upper rear of home and on left side of home above garage roof. We suggest further review by a licensed contractor for repairs/replacement as needed.

Window Frames:

Wood, damage noted. Wood to earth contact noted on the lower level window frames. This will promote accelerated deterioration of the window frame/sash. Suggest regrading or installing window wells with domes so that an eight inch gap is maintained between all wood and earth. Missing storms/screens noted. Suggest verifying their presence with the seller. Chipping, cracking, and/or peeling of paint noted.
Suggest resealing to prevent further damage. Damaged brick mold around some window, we suggest having a contractor evaluate all windows and give repair/replacement costs.

Plumbing:

Leaking was noted near the main water shut off valve before the meter at the time of inspection. Suggest repair/replacement to prevent water damage to home.

Electric hookup present. Excessive lint behind dryer vent may be leaking. Suggest sealing to prevent moisture and lint from entering home. 805
