rv Goog morning Ibrahim hoca and classmates, today I’m going to speak about our prophet being a judge and the 5 essential qualities of them.
Our prophet was a very trustworthy judge.
The polytheists trusted the Messenger of Allah
(pbuh) so much that they entrusted their most important things to him though they were his enemy. The Prophet (pbuh) kept their trusts in the best way though they were polytheists. His friend
Jibril had informed him about the plan of the polytheists to kill him by surrounding his house just before he set off for the journey of Migration.
He could have taken the things that the polytheists who wanted to kill him had entrusted to him to
Madinah but he gave Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) the entrusted things to return to their owners, which was a suitable act for
"al-Amin". He set off after that because he was
Muhammad al-Amin. The prophet was also truthful to justice. He lived in a place where people of different religions, languages, races and tribes all co-existed. It was very difficult for those societies to live together in peace and security, and to check those who sought to spread dissension. One group could grow aggressive towards and even attack another over the slightest word or action.
Yet, the justice of the Prophet (saas) was a source of peace and security for those other communities, just as much as it was for Muslims.
During the time of the Prophet (saas), Christians,
Jews and pagans were all treated equally. Our prophet
Was a intelligent judge because of how his decisions are
Made. Incredible amounts of bounties were obtained as a result of the Hunayn victory. Hazrat Muhammad (pbuh) had most of the bounties distributed
