Psychoactive drugs are used to treat individuals with different stages of depression treatment of psychiatric disorders. They are known to have mind alternating abilities and should only be administered by professionally trained staff. They act primarily upon the central nervous system resulting in perception, mood, consciousness, cognition and behavior changes that affect the brain function. Two examples of these type of drugs Marijuana witch comes from a cannabis plant and ecstasy a powder or crystalline form, usually implying a higher level of purity. In the streets Marijuana is a “Weed” and “ Mary Jane.” As for Ecstasy the street names for this drug is “Thizz” or “Molly.” In Marijuana there are all different types of intoxication effects witch is caused by a Chemical compound in cannabis called tetrahydrocannabinol known as “THC”. A Short-term physical effects of “Cannabis” increases the heart rate, dry mouth, redness in the eyes. The effects also last for 1-3 hours and can also have a effect on your driving. Ecstasy last less than 4 hours and can also decreased irritability, aggression, anger, and jealousy. Ecstasy can also cause Increased perspiration, sweating and blurred vision. Smoking marijuana on regular bases even a joint a day can damage the cells in your bronchial passages which protect the body against inhaled microorganisms and decrease the ability of the immune cells in the lungs to fight off fungi,
