Project schedule is the process of analyzing activity sequence, durations, resource requirements and schedule constraints to create the project schedule. It is importance to organize and complete projects in a timely, quality and financially responsible manner, projects needs to be scheduled carefully. Effective project scheduling plays a crucial role in ensuring project success. To keep projects on track, set realistic time frames assign resources appropriately and manage quality to decrease product errors. This typically results in reduced costs and increased customer satisfaction. Important factors include financial, documentation, management and quality assurance Planning a wedding can take up an average of 12 months to 16 months, therefore Team A will plan a wedding within 12 months with a $30,000 budget.
