How do college students all over the world balancing their personal life, school and work? Some statistics on college students that manage their personal lives while school and work ,25% of college students work full time jobs and attend school full time. According to the Georgetown study, only 14 percent of working learners have more than $50,000 in student debt while 22 percent of non-working students carry comparable burdens (Rapaon).Most importantly, how do the students know how to handle these situations without being stressed? Millions of students have to attend school full time, and they often find jobs only because of how expensive college is and paying becomes very difficult. College is and always will be a serious problem that causes
The reason is college students are trying to have jobs while going to school. So, when the job doesn’t want to work around the student’s schedule it becomes tough or when the student’s grades are being affected it tends to stress the student out causing them to drop out. From research, first generation college students had the most trouble with college because the students’ parents either didn't attend college or did attend but didn't finish, and they’re not familiar with the
Bradford 2 way education systems. These kinds of things happen at college campuses, also with students that commute and have to take their classes on online .This problem still remains because some college students are providers for their families.
A solution I would consider doing is starting an organization named WATF meaning We Are The Future, and it’s for college students with jobs and without jobs but I wouldn’t have it for just college students. I would have it for the upcoming college students also, and for the students that have children to care for. There are many different organizations right now for college students but most of the organizations have lots of requirements. My solution would definitely to have support from the students and allow them to manage their job and families if

The college students in this generation have multiple sources to help them from being in a depression state of being or having trouble paying for school.
Even with the help of an organization college students might continue to have problems with balancing school and their jobs. The way I plan to build the organization First, I would get a crew to help me with all the work so everything. Then, I would get a number of students at the college that have jobs and then the ones that don’t have a jobs. Next, I would see if any of the
