The subject of debate by the pro-life and pro-choice groups. Women that have abortions usually don’t know that people will qualify that as murder. They don’t realize the possible medical complications this may cause or the emotional impact that it will have on their life. No matter how much the topic has been argues abortion will always be immoral. Since life begins at conception abortion is considered murder. In which it is the act of taking another humans life. Although nearly all abortions take place in the first trimester when a fetus cannot exist independent of the mother, no civilized society permits no human to intentionally cause harm or take the life of another human. Abortion is in direct defiance of commonly accepted idea of the sanctity of human life. An abortion can result in medical complications later in life. Approximately 10% of woman that have abortions suffer from complications and 2% are considered major. Women who have abortions are most likely to die of in the following year. Also, within the next year 60% are likely to die of natural causes. Although surgical abortion are safe but there is an 29% chance of having complications. There are a lot of emotional effects that follow abortion.
