Is Obama abusing executive power and weakening our nation?

According to Article II, Section 1 Clause 1 of the Constitution “The Executive Power shall be vested in a President of the United States of America.” (Wikipedia. Wikimedia Foundation, n.d. Web. 21 Oct. 2014.) This passage refers to the significance that the President holds in the executive power. These authority entities the influence of the affairs of the government, decisions made on wars, as well as implementing the laws and consequences. Furthermore this procedure continues in the Declaration stating "take care that the laws be faithfully executed" made in Article II, Section 3, Clause 5, “else he faces impeachment.” ("Executive Order." Our constitution stands as our bible to the government; however, today Obama is treating the Constitution like an irritation from getting what he pleases. Contrast to “faithfully” executing laws we have seen time after time impaired judgment, as well as lack of following through his decisions. For example, the failure to follow through the bill passed by the president himself; Obama instituted the No Child Left Behind Act. "No Child Left Behind Left the Money Behind: The goal of the law was the right one, but unfulfilled funding promises, inadequate implementation by the Education Department and shortcomings in the design of the law itself have limited its effectiveness and undercut its support. As a result, the law has failed to provide high-quality teachers in every classroom and failed to adequately support and pay those teachers." This is one of many acts that he has blown money into the wrong direction.

Constantly he has done all he can to go around congress and the constitution many times during his tenure. How many times has Obama done the opposite of what he said when he was a senator? Since the beginning of his run, he has not only broken promises, but has out veracious "lied" to the American people, on subject after subject. Before the days of presidency Obama said, “The biggest problems that we’re facing right now have to do with George Bush trying to bring more and more power into the executive branch and not go through Congress at all. During his present reign as president we see the opposite happening of what he told America he will do. Exclaiming that he would go forward with or without Congress, throughout his January 28th Union address. Being in a powerful position you are allowed to do many acts that may benefit you and the scary part is that no one knows your agenda. Why did he not reverse the power from the executive branch and have the decisions need congress approval? There must be more to it then meets the eye. Periodically showing the overuse of power without consult Obama continued the use of wire tapings, “It has been discovered that all U.S. communications have been digitally cloned by government agencies, in apparent violation of unreasonable search and seizure. The excuse given to avoid lawsuit was that no data gathered would be reviewed until searching it would be legal. Furthermore, stirring up some serious disagreements Obama wrongful took the power into his own hands. It is vital that the president and congress have good
