Specific purpose: to inform the audience worthy places to visit when travelling to Viet Nam.
Thesis: Viet Nam has many famous heritages and attractive destinations due to its natural beauty which you should eyewitness for yourself.
Introduction
I. A new survey, “Travel Improves Educational Attainment & Future Success,” explores the impact of learning-focused travel on academic performance and career growth. The findings demonstrate travel’s power to transform how students approach learning, deepen their understanding of the world.
II. Southeast Asia is one of the favorites of many travelers and adventurers across the world. The Southeast Asian region as a whole is becoming one of the most traveled region in the world today.
III. Viet Nam, one of Southeast Asian countries and my home country, has many famous heritages and attractive destinations due to its natural beauty which you should eyewitness for yourself.
IV. Today, I am going to introduce to you three places that are worthy to visit when you travel to Viet Nam. They are Halong Bay, Hoi An Ancient Town and Phong Nha- Ke Bang National Park.

I. Let’s start with first attraction, which is Ha Long Bay.
a. Located in the Gulf of Tonkin, within Quang Ninh Province, in the northeast of Vietnam, it is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and a popular travel destination.
b. Ha Long Bay has an area of around 1,553 km2, features thousands of limestone karsts and including 1,960–2,000 isles in various sizes and shapes. The limestone in this bay has gone through 500 million years of formation in different conditions and environments. The evolution of the karst in this bay has taken 20 million years under the impact of the tropical wet climate.
c. According to the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization, knowns as UNESCO, Ha Long Bay was first listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1994, in recognition of its outstanding, universal aesthetic value. In 2000, the World Heritage Committee additionally recognized Ha Long Bay for its outstanding geological value, and its World Heritage Listing was updated. In 2012, New 7 Wonders Foundation officially named Ha Long Bay as one of New Seven Natural Wonders of the world.
Transition: We just have acknowledged first attraction, now let’s move to the next popular place– Hoi An Ancient Town.
II. If you love History, Hoi An Ancient Town is a best place for you to explore .
a. Hoi An Ancient town is located in Viet Nam’s central Quang Nam Province, on the north bank near the mouth of the Thu Bon River. It is an exceptionally well-preserved example of a small-scale trading port active the 15th to 19th centuries which traded widely, both with the countries of Southeast and East Asia and with the rest of the world.
b. The town comprises a well-preserved complex of 1,107 timber frame buildings, with brick or wooden walls, which include architectural monuments, commercial and domestic vernacular structures. The houses are tiled and the wooden components are carved with traditional motifs. They are arranged side-by-side in tight, unbroken rows along narrow pedestrian streets. There is also the fine wooden Japanese bridge, with a pagoda on it, dating from the 18th century. According to the UNESCO Impact Report 2008 on Hoi An, Hoi An’s buildings reflect a mixture of Vietnamese, Chinese, Japanese and French architectural influences
c. In 1999, the old town was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO as a well-preserved example of a Southeast Asian trading port of the 15th to 19th centuries, with buildings that display a unique blend of local and foreign influences.
